Return and Refund Policy


At Souls, every piece is produced in limited runs with high attention to detail. Because of this, we maintain a return policy. Please read carefully before placing your order. 


Every Souls garment is carefully inspected before release to ensure flawless quality. Defective items are never listed for sale, keeping our return and defect rate extremely low.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging fully intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale products and discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Limited-release or custom pieces may be excluded from returns.


Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you must place a new order once your return is processed.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at soulsotg@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
